MyPitchFlow is an AI-powered proposal writing platform that helps businesses create professional client proposals. The Service includes document generation, knowledge center management, questionnaire processing, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI generation features

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including sending it to AI providers for generation purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit to the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI features is provided as-is. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication, Drive), Anthropic (AI processing), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPitchFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
